    WJ build after build

What it looked like a year ago, it currently looks like this just dont have time to take pics due to laziness

Here is where my "build" started http://www.tricityjeepclub.org/forum...hp?f=11&t=4626

I have 4" springs, claytons cross member, tmr customs arms, jks front adj track bar, jks quick disconnects (not installed due to laziness), rear addco swaybar, longer end links rear, kor dual steering stabilizer and an a-arm spacer

Finally a company has a kit, but I like the route I went it just costed more

tmr made me some long arms front longer short arms rear, thanks (contact tim @ tmrcustoms.com)

    EDIT : pics of arms

So I have been toying with the idea of putting beadlocks / rim stiffeners and staun beadlocks on my wj. They are from tmr customs if anyone is interested.

My main concern is the rims wont be true/ balanced after I weld to them. How do I get around this problem? computerized welding ??

Hey man, it was good to meet ya the other day. As awesome as those stiffeners are in the pics, they looked even cooler on there in person, the unfinished steel matched the truck almost perfectly. I gotta say, the WJ looks awesome, keep up the good work.

Usually people use air soft beads or something similar. There are (or were) some different products available for balancing bead lock rim/tire combos.

Search beadlock on here and you'll find my writeup. I had no trouble welding them almost perfectly balanced (when tested on an actual balancing machine).

That is a good looking WJ. Adding any traction with the gears?

    thanks for the help,
right now I am focusing too much attention on this

I actually dont mind the gears that are in it right now, 355s, I have considered adding a rear locker + super35 or aussies front and rear. But like I said the bike's taking over my saving/ spending money.
