    Quick roll cage, in buddies yj

    Well i dont bost up buiilds anymore but i thought maybe you guys would like to see a roll cage we just tossed togethor for the jeep i did have a build thread for, just a couple pics of it its all i got, not painted or finsihed welding or anything yet, but the main idea is there! this is all on that frame i built him a few months ago, now sitting on a 2005 TJ sport tub.

    On and a front end. hes making a grill himself

    Steve, your cages are really coming along. I just might have to load the XJ on the trailer when it's ready and spend a weekend down there instead of monkying around with the Exo myself.

    lol thanks man! yeah im deffinatly picking up tricks and getting better as we go, but i actually sold my bender to Lucas a member on here i go to college with, so in a few weeks hell be taking it back home to ottawa to build up his CJ so now more tube work for me

    thanks ok though i have an atv to beat the piss outta all summer instead of fabbing stuff for jeeps lmao!

    that cage is beautiful . and the star is crazy looking , maybe weld some 5 point harness tabs on there. just a thought ...

    looks good, just remember to put the shoulder harnesses level with the shoulders or slightly higher. Wouldn't want to compress your spine in a roll!

    Good job Steve, you guys made some serious progress since I was there! Will you be able to borrow that bender back from Lucas again soon? I wanted to build a cage in the Bronco this spring and new tube on te back of the Jeep.
