Diff Cover Advice????? What should I get?

I have leaks in both my front and rear diff's.

The dealer is going to clean, replace fluid and reseal them and they will install the new covers for me under warranty. I figured since they are going to do all the work and cover fluid etc...I might as well do diff covers now....wasnt planning on doing it yet...but it just works out.

I just have to provide them with the new diff covers......what should I get?

ARB......Riddler.....Teraflex......Solid......Ranc ho.....help....so many to choose from.

Are the ARB's worth the extra $$$???

I can't say anything against what you have up there, but having 2 RuffStuff Specialties covers I know they are as tough as it gets for dif protection.
D30 and 8.8 are both protected by 3/8" of steel, with a 1/2" ring to attach it too the dif, which is machined perfectly flat AFTER being welded.
both my D60's are getting RuffStuff dif covers = nothing to worry about!

I just bought a set of TMR covers for my tj, and I'm impressed. I think why not by local when your definetly not sacrificing quality.

TMR or RuffStuff. I got RuffStuff, F&R but I was ordering a bunch of stuff from them already. Basically the same unit and support a good Local Shop!

I have a set of solid diff covers. I can't complain they are built strong, look good and got both of them for under 200 bucks

Here are my new ARB diff covers. Dealer installed them for me at no charge....my diff's were leaking so I just upgraded and got free labour! Like the ARB's for the magnetized dip stick....I can always check the condition of my fluid that way.
