    Question TJ Cutting Brake ?!?

Well I run a lot of tight trails. Quite often needing to pivot around a tree or rock on a rear wheel.

To blame is me, as I cut them like this and find it fun but that's another story

    So this looks simple

Mod the mount to fit with the seat tube work and it should fit right in nice.

While there messing with lines I think I'll put in a line-lock and adjustable portioning valve

But I sure don't want to do that to my stock wheelbase TJ. So maybe its time for a little stretch, and perhaps something a little more stout than the 8.8 that has worked perfectly fine with 37's for 3 years.

Well this is 100" with rear moved only

I never did like the rear frame section, good chance to change rear bumpers I guess

    Start with this

Pull the new bumper in and up

And remove to glue it together

    oh ya,

Anyone got a good supplier for custom braided brake lines

Front axle will look pretty similar

both geared to 5.43 with yukon stuff in yukon N cases, both ARB'd, The brand new ARB's were torn down for 4340 Beyond Insanity/LetzRoll Offroad Lock rings . 60 outters on the front. 14b ff spindles rear with Solid 6 on 5.5 hubs

    Rear Shaft

Axle sittin at full pressure 42" rubber

    WB around 103 105

All TMR brackets and JJ's from them. single tri 4 link rear. Front I won't decide on triangulated or 3 link pan hard till I get the axle in place

2" .250 for all the links for a year, than maybe go right bling with 7075

14" ORI Struts all the way around

no sway bars, no bump stops due to the ORI's

RCI fuel cell with ATX hold down

Buncha Solid stuff up front with some Steering goodness from PSC

May put a full build thread up, or get BIO to since he's got lottsa time
