Had four wheels on for the first time and rolled it off the lift Today

My Griffen rad arrived on Wed, however there was a 300lbs Superduty Off Road bumper on top of it, needless to say it went straight back cause it was destroyed

Drive Shafts i'd hoped would be here today, not looking like it so next week it is

All the Braided lines are in and on the truck except on, due to a -3 Banjo arriving in the -4 package

Thats it with no Nitrogen anywhere.

Based on 6 up 8 down The truck will be sittin about 1.5 lower in the rear and 3/4 lower in the front

Well put some nitrogen in the ORI's

Rear is sitting at 7 and 7 front at 6 and 8

May come down an inch ish form there but we'll see how it works

And after many delays and having it shipped once with a Ford Ranch Hand bumper on on top of it, which rendered it useless .

My rad showed up this AM along with the final brake line parts

Now where the hell are my DS's

No real update just a few pics.

I ran the 37's all year and am I eve glad I did. I had to learn how to drive it again at 108", Full Hydro, and 14" of travel all around. The truck does things comfortably that it wasn't all the interested in with the last suspension to say the least.

This things been an absolute blast all year whether on the road, the trails, or doing some faster stuff offroad. These ORI's are soaking things up beautifully. On about my 4th "tuning" of them and starting to get a pretty good feel. You can uncharge them all and have a new setup in the struts nitrogen wise in about half hour with the dual fill kit

Truck will be wheeled till snow gets to deep then its back to the shop to wrap some stuff up.

The 200 PSI OBA hasn't been in all year due to the Hy Line fenders taking up the room for the tank. Miss it, needs to get back in there somehow, not to mention a nice backup for the ARB's if the little comp ever lets me down.

Tube work for the front end was bent up in the spring and I just haven't got to gluing it on yet after the fender hold up.

rear axle can go back another inch and change if needed. Its set where 42's will be the first thing that hit.

I know when I ran this with stock WB I asked for extra, all better

Pulled everything apart in about Aug for an inspection an to install some Izzy locks. no hoist here curt

Looks awesome. Fukers wide with that backspacing. Damn i want ORI's! Cool, never heard of the Izzy locks. And if i get to it i'll be stealing that tube fender design. Love the flushness.

Thanks man, The racelines are about 1.5 per side narrower and are sucked in over the caliper like a half inch. It'll change the stance for sure, not sure I want it to though haha. Part of it is that the Trail readys that are on it are 12 wide and should be 10 likely

Awesome, I love how it turned out!

Where did you get these Izzy locks from? Prevent the ring gear bolts from backing out?

Your front suspension is pretty tight! Did you make your own frame mounts?

I have been eyeing up those front fenders. How was your experience dealing with Jason at Sinister Fab? Quality product?

    Thanks man

The Izzy's came from ZukIzzy. A couple guys had ring gear bolts on a front 9 back out under extreme conditions I guess and this is the solution that on the table now. Different styles whether your running an ARB or not

They can be purchased here http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/showt...ight=izzy+lock

Yup not a ton of room with 2 uppers Triangulated links but just enough with the front pushed to where it is. Be more room with the new motor in there likely hehe.

The lower mounts are from TMR for there 3 link panhard setup and the uppers are a generic mount burned in on top of the frame. I can get closer pics if you'd like

Jason @ Sinister Fab was great to deal with after the 2 or 3 month PITA with Rokmen. I had the fender to my door in no time hassle free and dealing with a guy in MI is basically local
