    BEAUTIFUL!!!
I just bought a 2000 tj sport as a build project for my 6 year old son and I, and of course the first thing out of his mouth was urban camo paint job lol. Questions- how did you keep your lines crisp and what type of paint did you use??

    Thanks
    Kev

Nice job with the painting and pattern.

I did a flat khaki with the Krylon spray bombs and after a year I am quite disappointed with the paints durability and ability to keep the metal sealed. I used close to 40 cans and some spots looks like it were bare metal after the winter.

I think you will be happier that you got an actual auto paint.

I wouldn't be critical of your welding skills with a gas less mig. They are pretty much useless and it would make an expert look like a nooby .

    Decent work!

    Thanks Kev

The beige is a single stage, the rest is tremclad. I started with pinstriping tape and filling in with frog, but the s bled a bit where the tape turned too tight. So the third and best methop was get some 2" tape (a few wide) to make a rough dimension and trim with a razor. I had to use a lot of tape and I papered off the area pretty good to make sure I reduced the overspray. takes some patience. I looked at all the camo on Black Ops and used a combo...that way I could justify sitting in front of my PS3 for hours
