Does anyone know what these things are like?

Are they money pits like jeeps.

I am looking to get one as a second driver....any tips or any info on them would be great

I can't imagine that a mid 90's German vehicle for $15g would be anything other than a money pit.

That's a lot of money for one of those. I have a 1970 Unimog and had I know how much I'll be into it I would have stayed away.

One wants 15000 the other 37000. For 15000 you can be a nice rubicon and just buy a campert trailer to sleep in

A good time to invest in spf3000 if you live on the NK penninsula.

Haha, He actually went back to the "MotherLand" for a few weeks. With the other prices being what they were, I wouldn't touch one for four grand. Gunther has had several issues with his in the past year, and parts are not easy to come by.

pretty sure they aren't that great on fuel, also they are incredibly gutless..

we put a subi engine in my friends as he couldn't stand how gutless the original engine was.. so add in another 4g's if you want enough power to go 110 km/h

his wasn't syncro thou.. just rwd
Now i have a JEEP I am getting good at fixing things lol
