Tacked the ram mount onto the diff and then burned it on:

Mounted and plumbed the cooler for the power steering...plumbed it into the return line from box to pump. Should be nice and cool out under the fender.

Re-installed all my dash and new sony xplod stereo for the ipod!

Here is my ghetto-fix for the broken distributor bolts!

So I still need to weld the mount for the pillow-block for the front driveshaft to the frame and test out the shaft. Both front axle seals are leaking and so is one of the 14bolt seals...so those need to be replaced. I also didn't bleed the master cylinder well enough so I need to fix that too!

Huge thanks to everyone that has given me advice during this build!
Time and Mike at TMR Customs get a huge shout out. Without their parts and advice this build would not have happened. The customer service is beyond amazing. There is something to be said about product support and these guys go above and beyond!
Another big shout out to Ski @ CT Motorsports also! He did a great job on the axles, and was awesome with tech advice and support on the phone!
I would recommend the above two shops to anyone for any kind of work. Both TMR Customs and CT Motorsports have provided me with unheard of customer service. The advice and suggestions I have received have helped me solve problems I would never have been able to without it. I really can not say enough about these people except to say thank you all.

Also I'd recommend B&B Dixon automotive parts located in Aurora. The counter guys there really know what they are talking about and got me enough obscure parts for my random collection of axles.

I've driven my Jeep a grand total of 109kms in the ten months I have owned it...108kms since 4:30pm yesterday....and every kilometer has been with a stupid wide grin on my face.

The cooler should handle mud and splash no problem. It is milled aluminum so it should hold up to rock dents/dings without issue. I may re-mount it behind the grille next season if I go with some new fenders.

So I have to admit I have been driving it instead of finishing my front drive-shaft.

Ski @ CTMotorsports took care of the leaks I have. Both my pinion and my driver-side spindle seal mounting areas were pitted so badly they leaked like a sieve. Ski used a sleeve kit he found to fix the spindle and a new pinion on the 14-bolt and no more leaks. Unfortunately since I needed the pinion right now I had to purchase a stock replacement from Pat's Driveline rather than a "u-bolt" style yoke like I wanted. We'll see how long the straps hold up....if I need to get another yoke I guess I will.

I mounted up my Warn winch today and fitted up the winch line.

So I still need to get the two-piece driveshaft figured out....I know it isn't a huge job but I just love driving this thing on my days off so I tend to drive it instead of working on it at this point. I'll have to get it done next days off though because I want to get out wheeling at least two or three times this season before I put it away again.

It doesn't always pay off to test your sweet parallel on the bottom of turkey

Pictures don't really do it justice considering how long he slid sideways for.

Pics certainly don't do it justice at all. I was convinced, as I was looking at the ground coming up at me through the passenger side window, that I was going over.
Basically the cause was the front drive-shaft blowing up. I was full-throttle and the front shaft broke at the rear yoke, this caused the rear tires to push the front sideways and then I bounced down the hill on two wheels.....so....I've wheeled for a total of 10 minutes this year!
I welded the shaft back up, hopefully it will hold for one more run, and then I'll replace it with a proper two-piece shaft this winter. Stupid short-sided D60 lol.
