Looks good. If you don't want to wait for the bent arms and you already have the stright ones you can just bend them out a bit of with a press. It's what I did with my swayloc.

    Looks good

Were the ORI's ordered to sit like that or did you do some oil changing ?

Or are the STX's that much of a different animal from what I'm used to ?

Only area that rubs is on full stuff, the rear tires rub the ORI's.
The ST's came wanting to sit close to neutral 7 and 7 so you rode on air in the middle of the stroke, then into air and Hyd for a bit, then Hyd Bump stop for the last inch ish ( Been a while since I was doing all that reading)

    http://oristruts.com/wp-content/uplo...-Chart-STX.pdf

Recommended 6.8 inches of shaft showing on that chart with standard oil fill

" If vehicle is set up with less shaft showing than what is recommended in the far right column, the struts will be more likely
to bottom out. By following the recommended minimum shaft showing, all three compression damping stages will operate
at maximum efficiency by allowing for some free-moving compression stroke of the shaft before the piston begins to force
fluid through the compression damping ports"

    Thanks Rev.....

I've been playing around with my rig now for a while and to date... Fakk all has worked out. I even tried bumping it up to 7" chrome showing, no real difference. Been talking to Jim @ Rockspyder as well.

My last shot at it was to increase lower pressure all the way up to 220lbs, with about 300-380lbs in the uppers.. Still body roll. I simply cannot drive it on the road as it darts into oncoming traffic as it corrects itself on a corner. My bent sway arms are supposed to be in this weekend. That'll be the last straw if, once i had those to the front, i still have the roll.

little update... Been getting out when i can, hammering the jeep and ironing out all the cobwebs..

On pretty much every run, something's gone amok.. Blew a PS line, Melted some rad wires which shut down the rad, blew something up on the A/C condenser... There's some looseness on the front yoke which is getting worse. Last run, she started shutting down on me randomly. There were some grounding isssues but there's an underlying fuel issue that is really causing me grief. At first we thought it was a sticking solenoid but it's starting to look like that was not the case. The idle is way off, goes into limp mode on hard throttle.. I am trying to find someone local who has experience in dealing with ODB parameters on GenIII hemis at the moment...

The body roll is still there, i've just adjusted my driving. It's not driven allot on the highways so at this time, i said fakk it so that i could get out on the trails.
    But fakk, it performs!!!

whats your problem with the ORI's?

What is your vehicle sprung weight?

    How much chrome is showing?

What do you have the rebound adjuster set to?

    Are they ST or STX?

Not necessarily a prob with ORI's, but a body roll issue. Could be a multitude of things IMO.

ORI's is a possibility moreso as i am not well versed in the intricacies of how they work effectively.

    Chrome's at about 6" on 14's

Rebound is set at stock. I've played around with the settings with little improvement.

Don't know sprung weight. Total is 4900lbs.

    They are STX's.

It's not horribly bad anymore for some reason. There is some play in the steering that i am going to look at. I don't know if this THE or A cause. There were a few problems that i had uncovered after the posts above that dramatically resolved some of the issues..

    OD 2.0 - HEMI'd and LCG TJ on 42's ~ A multi-year affair

Haha yeah kinda sucks but I can lend some assistance over the web

Just need to know what your settings are and what it's doing and what you want it to do haha

Do you have an understanding of how the stx strut works? I have both the owner and his son cell phone I have spent hours talking with them about tuning and explaining the components and their purpose

No mods this summer. Hoping though to do a few things over the winter:

    - On board welder
    - Cutting brakes
    - Aluminum dash/console

    We'll see.
