    Yup, she's alive!

You got it Jeff, cold and exhausty. Lol. Doesn't help there's no exhaust, rotted out right after the manifolds.

It was a fight but now I know she runs and what she needs.

    Thanks tony!

So who's a master carb rebuilder? She's pissin fuel out the bottom end. I'll grab a kit and bring the beers and laughs. I'll do it myself but would prefer the expertise and comradery.

Sweet, sounds good! I'll give Eric a shout and try and pop out some night this week. I'm way overdue for a visit anyway.

You know it Herve! Yesterday was a riot.

Found a fairly nice idiot proof looking picture filled write-up for rebuilding this carb. Gonna give it a shot.

Those carbs are easy to rebuild. It should take less than an hour. I'd hazard a guess all it needs is a good clean up.

Yup, looks to be fairly straight forward. Would be tempted to stick on a 4 barrel intake and carb if the opportunity arose on the cheap. Sounds like they're a whole different/complicated animal tho. Does need a good clean for sure but also needs a rebuild. Pretty sure the accelerator pump diaphragm is toast. It's pissin fuel out the front of the carb.

I'm just going to print this off and follow it along -------> http://www.ifsja.org/forums/vb/showthread.php?t=101921

On another note. She needs new plugs/wires......well, a tune up. I don't want to put any money into the, from what i've heard, sh!tty Prestolite ignition. So off to the researching i went and it appears TFI or HEI are best choices. If my distributor was one year newer i'd be golden, TFI for sure, but i guess my luck ran out at disc brakes. lol. I might have a line on a HEI dizzy but if that falls through...................does anybody have an HEI setup kicking around or a line on any junker mopar 360 rigs rotting away. I'll need distributor, ignition coil, ignition module and the wiring. Worth a shot.

That's awesome Doug! I'll have to do some research and see if it would work. Any idea what Edelbrock it is? 4 digits.
