From Michelle at the Parry Sound KOA:

Hi Everyone! Aaron and a bunch of volunteers have been hard at work readying the site for the first “Rock Rally” June 23rd out at the Camp of the Deaf. We are super excited!! Hope to see all then. We still have cabins, lodges and sites available.

Of course we can’t forget about Rock Crawl Family Picnic-Labour Day Weekend, this is my absolute favourite event, of all the events we have every weekend all summer long! It’s really the highlight of our season! On LD weekend we have our Halloween-trick or treating and site decorating for the kids on Saturday night and then Don’s famous corn roast and professional DJ dance for everyone on Sunday night. Wow, what a weekend…so don’t miss it, we’d love to see you. We have cabins, sites and lodges still available. Call or click parrysoundkoa.com

I really can’t believe its been 12 years since our 1st Rock Crawl here…we have all come a long way baby!! I can’t wait for the next 12!!!

    hugs Michelle & Don

I get confused once numbers get bigger than I can count on my appendages. I'm only good up to 21!

I'm super stoked about this rally. The use of the MX track will make things interesting for spectators to watch. If you're not wheeling or busy this Saturday, try to make it out and check out the first KOS Rock Rally.

I want to say one more time thank you to every single person who helped pull this event off. Aaron and I have struggled to get this going since last year. There came a point a couple months ago where I told Aaron he had to take the load of this event while I focused on the Camp NL event and I'm very proud to say he did and he did an amazing job. We both love the Rock Sport Community here in Ontario however big or small it is and after the success of this weekend we are both once again committed to keeping it alive and growing in Ontario.

Enough can not be said about the people who made this happen. All of our sponsors, CT Motorsports, Bushpig, TMR Customs, Rubicon Grill, Jeanine and Derek Rumball, Don and Michelle Berry and all the volunteers. Without them this would not have happened. All of the guys that put so much into their rigs for this event and their families that supported them in the months leading up to this and support the event, we do this because of you. Our amazing friends Ski, Andrew, Nancy, Tony, Bill, Robin, Chris, Lorinda, Dan, JR, Kevin and Mike who did so many favours for us and were willing to do anything we needed, thank you so much!

We will keep everyone posted about Labour Day, we just want to assure you all that we are dedicated to making it happen. Please tell your friends about this event, tell your fellow competitors who didn't come, tell the shops you deal with and anyone who would like to volunteer. Thanks again everyone!
