    First Jeep

Just bought my first Jeep - 2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ Sport. I love it because it's a Jeep and it's got the AMC-built 4.0L straight 6 engine and it hardly has any km on it. It's going to look awesome on the trail or pulling our dirtbikes behind it. I've had it for one week. For some reason I just feel happier driving around in a Jeep.

Hey another T.O. Jeepgirl. Nice to see the ranks growing. Goodluck with your indoctrination to the Jeep cult. You will be assimilated. There is no resisiting. Now get out your credit card and go on-line and spend to your limit. It's a Jeepthing.

Welcome to JK. Heh, I've spotted that jeep already. I hope you didn't get too wet on your way home from picking up your hubby from work yesterday Don't worry we'll get you two out on the trail with that beast.

Thanks everyone! Learned my first Jeep lesson yesterday: if you take off all the windows, and there's a thunderstorm, the water will come in sideways and soak your Jeep. Came out to a very soaked Jeep this morning with an inch of water in the bottom of it. Oops. First discovery: the Jeep has plugs in the floor. Thank goodness for that.

    ^^ x2 on that

and if you forget you may find yourself watching the clouds on your drive home wondering if you'll get there in time to get the doors back on before it starts (not that it happened to me this week or anything like that).

I think I was just super excited to finally have my own Jeep (my dad has a Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon) that I was determined to have the windows off no matter what lol
