getting the frame out and removing the axles for matt , and i'm so glad my wife is happy to help with this build ...
this frame is also for a 2.5 but i'm putting in a 4.2 ..it will be getting a new motor in a year or so .. maybe deisel not sure yet ..so staying 4.2 carbed for now .. why use a 4 1/2 graider when you got a 6.6hp 14" gas saw !!! about 30 seconds a side lol ... mounts are off ..
just happen to have the camera ready when the wife realized the dog took a dump right behind her LOL !!!

i just spoke to a guy a galvcast he was saying cause it still has paint on it they'll have to burn it strip it then dip it and the cost went up a bit over $200 witch is still good but not for this frame .. i will be picking up a frame from blenheimboy in a few months that one i would do for sure .. thanks for the info pav ..

$200 is still awesome!!!!!!!!!! I didn't have a connection, they're just good ol boys that work there.

Galvanizing is great because it will get the inside of the frame as well and you'll never ever have to patch it again.

I was going to galvanize my frame and run a fiberglass body....good bye ontario rust.....LOL

Maybe we can get 10 frames together and get a discount.

I was just wondering don't know much about Galvanizing, But are you still able to weld stuff to the frame after you get it done or do you have to grind it clean?

PAV that would be great i'm keeping most of the two jeeps the same so i will need that dash ....looks like i'm not finished finding parts lol i think i should be sending my wife to chase down these parts it's time she did some leg work for this jeep....LOL

DWG i would do the welding first then get it diped .that's what i'm going to do with the next frame . i'm doing a mock up frame right now for my V8 buid with long arm and coil front .but that's another build page....

^ thanks!! dude if we get everything done before the winter she wants to start on a 4wd mini buggy for next season ..she can't keep up to my wr450 on a dirt bike and she loves the razor S but it's to wide for most of the trails so we're going to build something like an odyssey but 4wd and no one makes anything like that most are 2wd ...but i'll start another tread for that !!!!
