re head on collision in scarb this week with police officer

    This situation got me thinking..

In Ontario who would be at fault if a police officer ran a red light in response to an emergency call and hit another car or a car hit him...

    Random I know...lol

Unfortunately, your question is WAY too random, and does not include any details therefore its pretty much impossible for me to answer.

I can tell you that it is by no means AUTOMATIC that if there is a collision involving a Police vehicle with its lights and siren activated, that the other vehicle will be found at fault.

Hopefully this will answer your question in a broader sense.
