    Black Sheep Build Up

OK so i have been putting this thread off for awhile, but I will get it started and go from here. I am open to everyone's opinions and suggestions if they have any on what I'm doing or what I should do. So here we go.

I picked up my 99 Cherokee from the site in the fall of 2012. I was getting it as a winter beater but that didn't work out to we'll. I got it with 105,000kms on it. It also had a 4.5 inch RC lift kit on it, bald 33's, stock set of tires and the Jeep full of parts. Here is what it looked like the day I test drove it:

I had to get a front bumper for it for safety so I got this off a guy on here:

Also had to put my dad's tires from his truck onto it for safety but once I passed that I got some used 33x12.50x15 TSL Thornbirds. It wasn't till after I bought them I had people saying that they didn't like them, they were bad tires so I was like "shit" but turns out I like them. They perform well in my opinion, look aggressive as hell on my Jeep anyways. They do on the other hand hum pretty bad but I think you will get that with a lot of mud tires so meh. Here's some pics of them:

Next came the winch and led light bar. Got a champion winch from Overkill after he got his Titan and added an led light bar I got from the Chrisbuilt group buy.

Worked with that set up for a bit. Went to Jk 101 last spring and the whole setup worked better then I expected it to. The Jeep is more capable then I thought. Other then having to hit the motor of the winch to get it to work Lol. But I replaced it with the Titan 12,000 with synthetic rope, when they were on sale and I love it for the little I have used it so far. Had to grind off the winch mount and RE weld it on the bumper to make it work, oh and a little plasma cutter :

Well that's good for now lol I'll get more up here later Lol. I have been writing this up for a while now.

Got it from Chrisbuilt. He did a group buy. Maybe a couple of us can get them cause I want a roof one too. And I know he will do a group buy if enough ppl want lights.

I'll PM him and ask. Would deffs be in though. Trying to figure out what configuration I want for sure though, either bumber style or as I said, roof top. Also all depends on pricing.

You can disconnect the front sway bar with an angle grinder and leave it that way.. the back will 'disconnect' itself with a decent amount of load in the back and some good flex

cool build. Thats the old bumper my buddy built like over 10 yrs ago that i had on my xj, does it still have the air hook ups on it for oba. It had a slow leak when i had it though around one of the welds. easy fix though.

Yeah the tank still has the air fittings. That's what I'm using for my OBA System. I didn't notice any leaks when we aired it up. But I might have to revisit that.
