    When pulled over...

What are our rights? I see videos of drivers in the states, how much of what they do is going to fly in canada?

A routine stop ie; roadside impaired checkpoint what are our obligations?

At a traffic stop, speeding etc what are our obligations?

I'm not 100% sure what you're asking here. There is obviously no way for me to know how to answer that in every type of scenario possible.

At the very least when stopped, you must identify yourself and provide the necessary documentation for your vehicle.

At a RIDE check, the Officer must be satisfied that you are not driving after having consumed liquor and having a blood alcohol level over .05.

    I hope this helps!
