    TJ IPF H4 Housings + 55W 6000k HIDs

I'm selling my used set of IPF H4 Housings and 55W 6000k Bi-Xenon HIDs from VVME. I am leaving the setup installed on my TJ to allow potential buyers to see the installation and brightness of this kit. It will be removed at selling time.

This setup is currently installed on an '04, but I see no reason why this setup wouldn't work on all model TJs.

I've been running HIDs on my TJ for 3+ years now, and overall I'm very happy with this setup. If you drive on county roads late at night, you'll love the brightness of these HIDs. The only reason I'm selling is because I'm switching to LEDs AND the Jeep is no longer a daily driver (LEDs in the winter don't melt the snow that accumulates on the lenses, thus reducing forward visibility... HIDs and Halogens don't have this problem).

You should be warned that you will have to disable or reroute your DRLs. Also be aware that the HID harness was modified (stock fuse holder replaced with a waterproof fuse holder).

    Price: $150

FYI Joe, I used tj hella h4 housings on my JK so I see no reason why these wouldn't work for a jk. Same thing would apply to the drl, though on a jk Its as easy as using a procal to move em to the fogs.

I uploaded photos of the brightness of these lights (low and high beam), but nothing of the ballasts or housings. I can upload those if anyone is interested.

The Hella H4 housings may be compatible on both the JKs and TJs, that doesn't mean the IPF H4 housings are also.

    Re: TJ IPF H4 Housings + 55W 6000k HIDs

Just did a bit of digging for you Joe. IPF appears to make only one 7" round h4 left hand drive housing the 920h4.

That definitely fits a jk however the wireing is not just plug and play. The tj uses the same plug as an h4 (so I assume does your harness) the jk uses h13. Adapters can be had for a jk buyer or they can cut and solder at their discretion.

    I'll post pics tonight.

For the record, I don't do "dibs". Money talks. The first person at my door with the cash gets it. I won't accept paypal or email MT unless you see the components and understand what you're buying.
