Scratched Vehicle... Need Body Shop Recommendations

So after months of tight parking in the garage, I scratched the Subaru's passenger side doors this morning. Needless to say, I'm outright pissed!

I need a decent body shop in the Oakville - Acton corridor to do the repairs. Still not sure if I should do this through insurance. Looking for recommendations.

    Pics?

Is it scratched or scraped? There is a difference. Most scratches can be buffed out.

I'll try to do pics tonight. Most of it won't buff out.

I'm not opposed to going to Hamilton. The only problem is that it gets harder to get back home (unless he has rental vehicles)
