Here it is, I'm real happy how it turned out. I think this should have been a factory colour. Now comes the assembly.

I haven't updated this thread in a long time and it's past due for a couple updates. I wheeled it a couple times in the Bobcaygeon area and am impressed on how well it works.

So far I've got the rear diff re geared to 4:56 with a yukon grizzly locker. I was going to re gear the original front diff and delete the axle disconnect but have decided to swap in a non disconnect D30 instead. My camber has always been way out of spec so I think it may be bent. Hopefully I can get all the parts rounded up this weekend so I can get the front axle installed and re geared. Tonight I put some new spicer u joints in the front axle shafts. I clearenced the yokes of the axles slightly so I can use full circle snap rings to retain the u joint caps a little better than c clips.

I'll have to measure them up for ya. I'm not completely happy with them though, I wish they were a lil thicker

    did a little digging

they're 1-3/16", the ones you probably have are the sae .05" thickness. The metric equivelent is supposed to be a little thicker
Yukon also has a set YP- SJ-297x-501, i'll prob get a few sets of these ordered up and try them on my rescue shafts.
