    Zj build

So it started with my previous zj, it was a 1993, I had painted it, lifted it 4.5", put some cheap 35's on it, put a motor out of the zj I had before it, and converted it to a manual, np231, which was quite a job bit it worked great, very fun to drive, but unfortianatly, the frame rotted out on me to the point I didn't want to fix it, to much work, and being that I am just learning to weld it was a job I wasn't comfortable taking on, so the hunt began, Click image for larger version.

I ended up finding what is now my new rig, a 1994 zj, 318, and the main reason I bought it, originally from BC, one owner!!, the underbody is MINT, so now the transfer of parts has begun.

Zjs can be so ugly lol, but I love building them.

Future plans are to long arm it and go higher, do some axles, and convert it to a standard, strengthen the uniframe, im sure the list will keep growing.

So far I have gotten the lift transfered over, the snorkel, did all the plugs, wires, cap and stuff, also swapped the front axle out of the old jeep, cause I put alloy USA ball joints and new ubjoints in it last year, also started some body work to get rid of the plastic, going to leave it purple for now, not a fan of the color but will paint it soon enough. Put a 1997 front clip on it, the lift I had didn't lift it as high obv being a v8 now, but with the tires and list it's 8.5" taller then it was, still have an insane amount of parts to transfer over, but its getting there

As it sits right now. Just got it on the road a week ago, but very happy with the v8, no problem at all driving with the 35's.
