02 Yukon No Start after Dead Battery

Left the door open on my Yukon this weekend while working outside and drained the battery.
Had barely enough to crank over a few times this morning so I put a trickle charger on it and took the wife's van. 2hrs latter with my boost box I tried to start it.
It cranks with no issues but will not fire or catch. Only thing I checked is that I do have pressure at the rail.(had a fuel pump go bad on my other truck so that was my first thought for this)

Any ideas. I didn't have my laptop at home but after work I'll toss scanmaster onto it and see what it says but my el-cheapo hand scanner pulled no codes.

I prefer to build it and not buy it, you see it, I probably made it.
