Thanks, i'm stalled a bit now waiting for the cab for the tub, but managed to figure out the new commercial entry requirements for goods coming into Canada so Saturday I'll finally get my Warn 8274-50 Winch and Warn bumpers plus the Mastercraft Seats home and in the garage.

Had Royce at Island Torque Convertor open up the 4l80 convertor to check it all over replace o rings and check the "clutch" portion that can crack and fatigue rendering the lock up portion inoperable. Everything looked good. Also he checked that the convertor was correct to the engine with a stall between 2200-2400. Apparently There are two stalls for the truck LS engines depending on displacement I've chosen to leave this one as is. All in all a well spent 125.00 bucks. I've got pictures but can't get them off my camera just yet.

A little blurry video of the cab - I won't be able to fetch till next week as I'm 3 hours away so this will have to do for now... Todd form Aqualu.com is not a video artist he's an aluminum artist.

Aqualu.com had cab #2 set up with a JK hood and grill at the shop - sorry no pictures I was in a hurry (ill get some though very soon) and it sure would be easier than my route of widening a CJ grill and hood - but then it would not be quite so unique. So next up will be cutting, welding and widening the hood and grill I still have from the very first Jeep CJ I bought back in the 90s. Its also the registration that will be going onto this rig.

And with those 2 pictures I think you may have just started a new trend. Cj hoods and grills on jks. Way better then the angry birds option

The JK grill is quite a bit wider but the hood sure fits well. I was planning on a larger rad this time around so I'm still not sure I'f I'm going to widen out the nose of the hood and widen the grill somewhat to accommodate the larger rad or not. it will take away from the classic CJ look a bit which I was shooting for. I'll take a bit of time and decide on that one.
