not sure of who all is in your area, but i know greg at overland diesel, but he's in st. marys. he mainly does diesel conversions in jeeps but he knows his way around all the cummins models. www.overlanddiesel.com

then i know of a place in elmira called the kids diesel shop. don't know anything about them personally.

and then, not sure if they are still around, but there is the diesel doctor. i think they are near acton or georgetown area. i would likely choose them over the diesel kids. edit: appears they are now in milton.

not sure who is responsible for the diesel trucks blowing black soot into driving jeep windows. i chased one guy for a few blocks a few years ago.
another guy had it done to him in his brand new rubicon while his baby was in the jeep. i'm sure they were part of the kids group cause the diesel doctor trucks have a sticker on the rear windows and they always drove responsibly.

For OEM Bosch and Cummins parts, Taylor Diesel in Stoney Creek is pretty good and are a Cummins parts/service and Bosch dealer and they have no issues working on Dodges (I'm assuming you are looking for Cummins Dodge options?) unlike some other big truck shops. They are also a certified Bosch injection service center and have an in house injector dyno. I have always had them rebuild and tune Bosch injectors and they have been quick and reasonably priced. I've heard a lot of nightmares when it comes to getting fuct for injection services.

If you are looking for aftermarket performance options for parts in Canada, there is:

    https://www.bcdiesel.ca/en/
    http://www.canadiandieselonline.ca/
    http://www.performanceeverything.ca/
    http://www.tdotperformance.ca/

You really have to shop around and watch your pricing, though. Amazon.ca has a few surprises every now and then as well. There are also a few US diesel shops that have some good Canadian shipping programs in place so you don't get fuct with brokerage at the border.

As for forums specific to Canada, there isn't much that I'm aware of. Cummins forum has Canadian province sub forums which aren't very active. Diesel truck resource has province chapters that also aren't very active. They are the two biggest Dodge Cummins forums. Then you have 519 Diesels Facebook page which is chocked full of brodozer diesel ricers but can have some good deals pop every now and then.

One stop goat shop is a good source four used parts and engine building. I actually just had them do a 6.7 long block for me. Luke there is a busy dude and sometimes you have to wait awhile but he always gets back to you.

He does 12V and 24V 2nd gen stuff only. He has the odd 3rd gen part but doesn't really get into it. If you need 3rd gen stuff, one stop goat shop is the place.
