Trevor at trail head customs is turning out some nice stuff. Steve Taylor from D3 offroad as well. Motobuilt from over the boarder also has a great line.

If you have even rudimentary fab skills, a JK bumper isn't very hard to fab up......take a look at what you like from a bunch of different bumpers and make one to suit you. Some 1/4 plate, eight 30mm long M12x1.5 bolts (or 1/2x13 X 1.5"), an arc welder and a weekend and you'd have it!

These guys are in Ottawa. They ship welded, coated or just cut. They are in Ontario so you don't have to worry about the conversion of the Canadian Peso and they seem really reasonable.
When you go to get your bumper think of what you want to do with it and not just what looks cool or what all the other JK guys have. I've looked at the weights of a lot of the big steel bumpers and they are around 150 lbs. That's a lot on the front of your Jeep especially with the 3.8 like mine. I like the stubbies with tubes for protection. That way you get a beefy centre section and protection but you aren't carrying as much weight as the extra plate.
For my needs I would rather have one of the new tube bumpers with a cut out for a winch and to have it in stainless but the 16 year olds I teach that live to go mudding would never let me live it down. According to them you have to have black rims and black bumpers or you're not "legit." Then again everybody had those DC2 rims a few years ago.

By the way, trailhead customs bumpers are also sold through just jeeps so you can pop in there to have a look.
