FS - 2005 TJ Rubicon (Orange ) - Including many accessories

I am selling my Jeep which I purchased new in the summer of 2005. I have enjoyed this toy for a while now, but have no time to use it now that I have a family and want to see it go to a good home. It has many upgrades and is structurally/mechanically sound, but does have cosmetic rust (what 12yo jeep doesn't).

    VIN: 1J4FA69S65P344990
    Odometer: 231,000 km
    As is = $6,000 - Sold
Location = Keele & Sheppard in North York

It does need the 2 pre-catalytic converters replaced to pass DriveClean (which is why it is being sold "as is"). It cannot be put on the road through MTO without a clean pass from DriveClean. I have been getting "conditional passes" since 2010 because the repair cost is over the maximum required ($450). It hasn't had a plate sticker since Sep 2016

In the attached zip file, there is a maintenance service history as well as a list of the upgrades installed.

It comes with the following accessories:
    - Dual factory tops (hard and soft top)
    - Additional "Safari" soft top
    - Soft half-doors
    - Roll bar netting
    - Hardtop storage caddy (for storing the hardtop vertically on a wheeled dolly in a garage)
    - Factory Service Manual for the Jeep on CD

Some notable repairs which have been done recently are:

New Battery as of this past Wednesday (Motomaster Eliminator with 19 months remaining on the warranty)
New Radiator, Water Pump, Thermostat, Belt - Jan 2014
Drivetrain Fluid Replacement - Feb 2016
New Spark plugs - Sep 2012
    New 33" tires - Dec 2011

Here is a photo gallery so you can see what's been done to it and how it's lived. In 2008, it made the road trip to Moab Utah for an unforgettable 3 week vacation.

As I mentioned it is the Rubicon model which includes from the factory:
4L High Output 6 cylinder engine
    4:1 transfer case
Dana 44 axles with differential lockers front and rear
6 speed manual transmission (factory transmission by Mercedes)

It has the following upgrades installed:
    - Upgraded front fenders (steel tube fenders)
    - Upgraded front/rear bumpers
    - Upgraded front sway bar
    - Upgraded custom exhaust with hushpower muffler
    - Armored differential covers
    - Armored steering box skid cover
    - Armored gas tank skid cover
    - Armored oil pan skid cover
    - Upgraded transfer case skid (raises the middle of the jeep by 2")
    - 1" Body lift and 33" Micky Thompson MTZ tires (including spare) on black Teflon coated AR Mohave rims (also including spare)
    - HID headlights
    - LED lighting throughout
    - Line-X coated interior
    - Tuffy brand security interior storage (both glove box and center console)
    - Upgraded speakers/subwoofer
    - 10,500 Lb hydraulic winch with wireless controls and 3/8 synthetic winch line (Viking)
    - Under body rock lights and reverse backup lights in the rear bumper
