    My Dad

This must be the hardest thread i ever had to put on the net.... But since he was such a great man and thought me all i needed to know about Jeeps, i figured i'd share it with you guys.... He had been a wheeler for 40 years, and the day he past away, he was still wrenching on his Willys M38... I lost him when he was just 59 last july..... To soon for me....

To pass away doing what you love, now thats a happier day I'd say.. Sorry to hear, (was it recent?) Looks like he had fun, something most don't do now a days. Looks like he enjoyed life to the fullest, which is the way it should be..

    Wheel on Sir, wheel on...
Here is a recent vid of my waggy.. and please excuse the foul language.. not too proud of it myself:

Sorry to hear of your loss. You have some wonderful pics and your dad looked truly happy in everyone. especially the one with the Willy's on it's side.

It is so terrific that his passion has been passed on through you. In essense he will always live on.

Yup you saw right.... 350 chevy engine in it, the way he liked them... Kinda explains why i got a V8 in mine also....

Pictures were taken in the late 70's..... he had that one until i was like 3-4 years old... Then when i got to around 18, i found another one for him.... Then we rebuilt it and guess what, we put a V8 in it 2 months later!!!!

Man that was some good times...
