Done properly you can easily run 35's or 37's therefore:
    1. Spring Perches
    2. Brake Lines
    3. Shocks
    4. SYE
    5. Rear Driveshaft
    6. High Steer Kit
    7. Trac Bar/Sway Bar End Links
    8. Axles/Beef Up Your Axles
    9. Anti wrap bar/ Proper leaf springs
    10. Etc Etc Etc

It is a very common misconception that this is the least expensive way to go where it is truly one of the most expensive way to go when done properly

If your going to do it DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME if this is a street driven Jeep then it needs to be done completely and properly before it should be driven on the street and unless your going to offroad it a lot a SUA lift kit will be cheaper and easier. I'm sure Just Jeeps can set you up with a good kit and install it.

For some reason they refer to it several times as a 1994 TJ though. . . .
