    JKM XJ Build Update

So I'm ever changing this Jeep so I fiqured I might as well start one of the "Build" threads and trust me it will be ever changing.
    So here it is:

    91 Cherokee Limited
    4.0L AW4 w/AWShifter (Love it Offroad!!)
    NP242 GoJeep SYE Setup
    8" Skyjacker Softride Coils
SkyJacker Leaf is 1" Blocks and 1.5" Shackles
    BDS Shocks
    JKS Discos
    Hiem Jointed DIY Trackbar
    D30, 4.10's LockRite
    Ford 8.8 Detroit Locker
    Homemade(Not Finished) Winch Bumper
Champion 8000lb Winch (solenoid move under hood, greased and serviced to prolong life)
Gutted interior, Summit Racing Poly Seats (EASY to Clean!!!!)
14/35 Ground Hawgs (soon to be grooved) on 15x10 Eagle Alloys
    OBA using A/C compressor
2x5" Tube Rockers also serve as Air Tanks
    Bored TB and Spacer
    Dual battery, 136amp Alt.
    Dual Elec Fans
Cut fenders(Really cut!!! Bumpstops only extended 2" over the shortest Factory Bumpstop on an XJ) w/TJ Flares
    Probably more I'm Missing!

    To Come:
OTK Hiem Joint Steering w/ Hydro ASiist (99% done but got to do it right!)
Front Long arms (got the Johny Joints, need the time)
Rear Traction Bar (need the crossmember from the front)
    Finish Front Bumper
    Rear Bumper and Carrier
    Finish plating the floors (StupidRust!!!)
    Tube fenders (Wider/Stronger)
Better Front Axle (Trying to sell some 5ton Rockwells, what do ya think?)
Supercharger(was thinking turbo becuase I have built 6+ setups for customers, but SC is better on the trail)

Sorry for the long list. I've owned this for 1yr after building many imports for me and others and have done 75% of the work on it (Bought it with 31's, slight lift and the 8.8 basically!) about 1 month after buying posing on top of my old winter beater which the XJ Replaced.

We are also starting to build a chopped 98 Sidekick 4dr. going for 33's, Solid Front axle, 3 or 4 link and supercharged(as it can't turn 33's in the mud on the 1.8l!!!) Look for pic here too!

Ya bling diff cover came on it, but it's is thicker then stock.

Haven't decided on the Groove Pattern. Not to many pics of others grooved as they aren't as popular as TSLs or Boggers. I'm at least going to seperate the center lugs from each other and the outer lugs.

Yes short arms. But with the weight of the front bumper and winch I probably net 6.5". Yes it wanders, Yes I get a lot of unloading on hill climbs. I've had the JJ's since December, just need to find time to fab the longarms.

TJ Flare? Don't know what year, there from a TJ so what years are that 97-05? I don't know. Yes they are a lot of work if you do it like I did. I followed this first but ripped the rear off many times. http://www.tcinternet.net/users/jkor.../tjflares.html
My rear has almost 4" cut out of the rear, so I fabbed all new fender liners, and welder a lip on the quater panels to rivet the flares to as the plastic that they normally mount with tore off(I run alot of narrow trails)

I plan on doing Tube fender with 1/8" plate on the front fenders and rear quarters for more protection.

And as for the springs, I had reqular Skyjacker with spcaers and hated how it rode. Flexed alright, but could be better, So I went with the Skyjacker softrides and LOVE them. I have flex them to much yet, but I know the will be better.

New Hydro Assist Steering. Good Bye Death Wobble!! I love this setup. NEVER has my jeep felt so crisp and nimble on the road, virtually all the float is gone. I have a slight wobble at 90kph and above, but me steering column is broken form the shock from the death wobble, and my ball joints have seen better days.

1.5" OD .25 Wall with a 1"OD .25wall down the center and plug welded all along. She weighs a bit, but I can bash it all I want and I think the 5/8" Grd. 8 hardware will shear first.

Overbuilt? It's a jeep, can that happen? My Hydro Cylinder is a little smaller then most use, but if it bends I have another sitting aside from our snowplow that I didn;t realize was in our shop.

I REALLY like turning 35's while against a snowbank with 2 fingers!!
