I wonder why your tranny went ?.. think it had anything to do with lesson #2 in Curt's 4x4 lessons? I believe you can see the wheels start and stop, but the engine is still bouncing off the rev limiter. So I guess that would be lesson #5

Skinny is always the answer! lol. My bad, thought it was the chain in the case. Pulled the plug and no chunks. Hmmmm. Jacked up the rear and one wheel spun on and off and the other didn't. Broken shaft maybe. Pulled them, no dice. Must be the locker. Inspected a little closer and no dice. End result, bent the disc on the driveline brake cresting a sharp ledge on Forest while i was in there myself. Every rotation of the driveline was binding the spring on the caliper causing a god awful noise. Gonna pull it off and try and bend it back true....ish. And the skid is gonna get a couple mods to tie the front back in and protect the disc. My only fear is what the disc is made of and the chance of breaking it when i try and hammer it back. Fingers crossed. But anyway, good news, no charge! Kind of sucks not wheeling this weekend but the bank won't let me so it's fixin and mods for me. I head up next friday for 10 days so guess i can't complain. lol. Probably a good idea to give her a break, some fresh fluids and once over anyways.

Yup, think that's it. Broke a bolt off deep in the hub that holds the full floater shaft in but just managed to fight it out.

I got there and set up camp and crashed. I heard there where other groups out booting around too that night. I also hit the sack about 10 the next night if you'd like to know. Tired from swimming kids around the lake and wheelin all day. We had a bunch of kids with us. And necessary no, but ya sometimes it is fun. Thanks for your input. You weren't the guys that camped at the top of the little hill and left the cans and garbage in the bush we hauled out where you? But thanks for staining my thread, feel free to GTFO

Never knew there was a curfew in regards to wheeling on public land. Night wheeling is fun, Carrying others garbage out of the bush is not. GOOD Job Curt nice to see people taking the time to Clean up after the real assholes.

Night wheeling is great fun and there is no curfew but if i come across people camping i turn the music done and take it easy. Just a suggestion. As for the trash I know I left nothing behind but good on you for cleaning up whatever you found

Since when has it rained 60/14s?

Seeing as you trip over them Curt. Keep an eye out for d60 knuckles and c's. I have a friend looking to build a steering 14b after his d60 went missing from the back of his truck box with everything but hubs and brakes.
