Then ripped the rear apart for some final burning and painting.

Next up to bat is rip the front apart for burning and painting, run some brake lines, shorten my front shaft, make some shock mounts and mount these puppies. New shock sitting next to one of my old superlift or skyjacker ?? shocks ment for a tj with 4" lift.

    More to come

Thanks guys. No trailer, she'll be drivin to the trail. Beadlocks are kinda he said she said. I know people running them and no problems.

Finished the rear sway bar. Made some new mounts and flipped the old bar from the d35. Painted drums. LOL. Still trying to figure out if it's legal to run no tail pipe. Gonna hit the rubi tonight and when i get home hopefully finish the rear. (run brake hard lines, shock mounts). Front should hopefully be finished by mid week.

oh, wasnt too sure on how sticky the fuzz is on them beadlocks..

also as far as i know u dont need a tailpipe, like as long as you have a small dump on the back of muffler you should be ok (45deg angle pipe or so) all tho with the fumes under the jeep like that u might smell them more, and there is more of a chance for the floors to rot out faster due to the exhuast not really having anywere to go...

btw is this your DD ? lol

Looks great, as for the tailpipe look into that. If i remember correctly it has to enter to the rear or side of the vehicle away from the passenger compartment.

let us know how it handles with road manors and trail manors. I was reviewing your calculations and the rollstear is very high. I am curious on how it all worked out?

    Nice Curt.

As for the tail pipe, it's a grey area. I was pulled over in the old ZJ and told I didn't have an exhaust and was ticketed for it.
You do need a tail pipe or at least side pipe for emissions testing.

So am i. LOL. Honestly, all the calculations where done before i had tires and new how high it would sit exactly. I think i'm pretty damn close. Probably got 300#'s in bumpers/spare to make so when thats done it'll be at final ride height. Then i'll run exact numbers and let ya know.

Tony, i thinking of dumping it out the side infront of the lower mount. To do it though i'm gonna need to do a couple pretty greasy bends. Kinda like the shape of a ? . Wonder if that affect performance or anything. Meh, we'll see.
