LOL. Well, passed emissions with flying colors. Steering was getting questionable so did up an over the knuckle 1-ton setup. Now it just needs a splash of yellow. FYI, reaming fawkin sucks.

Also welded up some patches for the holes i like to cut and got the GF to lay on a bead of JB. With the new exhaust and patched holes it's gonna be a treat not having hacked off exhaust fumes pouring in floor holes. LOL.

you doing a excelent job love it when guys just get in there and do it and deal with the issues after.
a few tips from experence..you need to drop the pinion to 10 deg so when you have the hammer down she rizes a few deg and makes for a stronger setup and also if your cruzing with the pinion up so high it will starve the pinion bearing of good cool oil the nine is indistructable but its good practice to have it that way.
also self shilding flux core is stronger and easer to use with a low amp machine just turn the wire down a shade more.
your doing a excelent job man.

Not sure if i'm following. You can't just set a pinion angle at 10% and call it a day. Every vehicle is different. I'm running a CV shaft and have it set a hair lower than balls center to the tcase output for axle wrap/flex. Absolute Max pinion angle on a 9" that will see street use is 22-23* with a healthy overfill and extended breather but really shouldn't be more than about 18*. I one eyed it and i'm guessing i'm around 18-20ish with a hearty overfill and long @ss breather. Not the greatest but it'll do till i stretch it. Fawk, theres bronco guys out there claiming they're running like 35* on the street with no problems.

Not to sure what you're getting at with the welder. I'm running a 220 MIG.

Anyway, thanks for compliments. It certainly is/has been a learning experience.

Here's some more. Need to clean up a couple spots, finish welding and one side done. Quite a process retaining inner fenders. I think it's turning out decent tho.
