Well 2 fellow JK member liked my bumper a lot and decided they wanted me to fab them up each a stinger type bumper. So a day later i got both of them done for them!!

Powder coating is over-rated in off-road applications IMO, I have yet to see a bumper that didn't flake after a season of use. I like paint, easier to repair after you bash it off on a rock or tree.

Awesome work on the bumpers, if I had the $$$ ATM I would be getting you to build me something to replace my stinger.

We will be talking in the future tuff jeep. Keep up the good work, I'm in tear down stage so I'm a ways from needing a stinger but will get in touch with you when I do. I also just checked your other thread and pics. I like the whole package stinger, fenders and sliders. You are definately onto something here.

I have not... and to be honest, i hate making tube fendors there not worth my time because the amount of man hours that goes into something like that makes them worth $500 but people will only pay like maybe 250$ if im lucky so i have chosen not to make them since the first 3 for that reason..

I hear ya there, maybe do what PSC does and just fab the parts and sell them as DIY fenders. that would cut way down on your time.
