take anything you can find online... than add/negate anything from it to make it suitable to your needs/wants.
if your building your own, google "xj bumpers" then change them to what it is you are looking for, not hard at all.
    insert something witty here

Look up Bradford in the members list you'll find the bumper, and hes still got some for sale. They come finished and powder coated. You'll have to talk to him about price.

Go here, take a look. There are lots of ideas out there, the question becomes what do you want to do in the end.

I just read the thread at http://www.jeepkings.ca/forums/showthread.php?t=73572 . The bumper is fawking sick. He's got 'em ready to ship at $500 CDN. Seriously, read the thread and look at the bumpers.

I bought the overkill, it does look really pretty on the Jeep but one issue, they didn't make it to fit a T-max 9000 Outback or front license so modifications are necessary... losing out on the integrated fog-light mounts... also if you want to change your headlight you have to take the damn thing apart, good things the rocks no longer make it to the lights!

It be nice if someone were to make something like that but more "Ontario" useable...hinthint (I need 2 more)

those are some nice bumpers. i built mine myself from 1/8 checker plate. should have been 1/4 plate. but the mounts to the frame are 1/4. and with a full sheet of 4x8 i also built a matching back bumper. noe i have a solid 90 xj. not a spec of rust as its from cali. except the leafs bend the wrong way and it needs to be lifted a little higher for the 33 s. if you tell me how to add pics on here i will show you some of my bumpers
