Little late to the game but here's mine, homemade, and free, got this 6" X 6" angle that was the loading dock reinforcement. Very tough to work with though because it was 3/8" thick. Of course the Dring tabs are 3 layers of 1/4" steel with the center layer going right through the bumper to the frame, the other 2 layers are welded to the center one and the face of the bumper. Not bad for the first time, maybe a little heavy but I don't notice any problems. Got another length at the shop for the rear eventually.

    Here's mine

Here my work in progress. 7 ft. peice of 2X5X1/8 square tubing. Used the stock tow hook mounts to build off of. Now the hooks can be flipped over for more clearance. The clevis points are 3/8 thick with another 1/4 sanwiched to them with a gusset tail. I just pie cut two sections out to create the bends, and capped the end with some 1X2X1/8 all notched up. It is a light wheight bumper. My goal was to have more clearance, and to be able to flip the stock hooks. I have added a tube joining the two lower tow hook plates together to protect the front unibody crossmember/stiffin things up.
If I ever get a winch I will have to do some work, but it's a good foundation. I may also do another reinforcement to the clevis points and make them a total of 7/8 thick instead of only the 5/8's they are now.

    update: I did the re-enforcment.
