    Help me finish my bumper!

Got 3/4 of the way through my bumper build and now I don't know how to finish off the corners!!!
Any help or criticism is appreciated, I think I am going to chop the fender under the header panel straight back and make some sort of cap... photoshopping some lines would help a shit ton too!

Cut the sharp corners off then support the wings with a piece of pipe to the frame mounts and call it done with the rust patina

He has the scars to show his wheeling adventures lately....

I think you should just trim the corners a bit and then weld a gusset in to strengthen it some more. Looks great so far though

you could cut a peice to fit and weld in that corner to make it look more apealing before painting thats pretty simple it would look 100 times better

Cut all that fender and flare in front of the tire. Rap the bumper around to fill the area abit, but leave more space for the tire then what was with the original fender & flare.

Super hard to write in paint!

lol is it just me or have you not yet drilled out the shackle tabs?

you might have wanted to do that when you could use a drill press. driling a 3/4" hole in 3/8 or thicker steel is going to be fun

no I haven't done it yet... didn't have a bit big enough HAHAHA!! the bumper is super easy to remove since I made my own mounting points, the frame tie ins are separate so the bumper comes off in two pieces... the shackle tabs need some work, I need to make them thicker, and I am going to trim them so they are more visually appealing

I am going to hack the front part of the fender off, it rubs really bad...

but yea Jesse, I didn't need a texas porch to sleep on so I made something low profile

I will be wrapping it around and under the fender for better protection
So far trail tested and it works
