    sure,

but i was always breaking my gear.. pignon.. cross pin.. etc.
that should stop.. especially with the detroit locker..
i did want to get wider too, my previous setup was with 38.5x11 Bogger and i did fall on the side..

and here what i did on my axel to make it stronger
Rotating the axle tubes to lift the pinion angle
Reinforcing his welds with an axle truss
    Diff armor
    ChroMo 4340 axle shafts
    All new ball joints
    Crossover steering
The tie rod is reinforced with square tube
    4.88 gears
    Detroit locker
    Warn premium hubs
    Ford Brakes
    Rubicon Express weld on kit
    WMS is 68"

when i get some more money, i was thinking to put some CTM U-Joint coz i dont want to bust the axel shaft

putting in CTM's will guarantee that you break the shafts first. be aware of what your weak points are. if you use CTM's carry spare caps and shafts cause that joint won't give at all.

i think the hub will fail before the shaft and the joint
was thinking about using the fuse for the warn hub, just need to check if its good or not

but i'll see how everything work with the spicer ujoint

    pinion angle

Rotating the axle tubes to lift the pinion angle

not realy good to raise the pinion anything more than 10 deg can starve the pinnion berings of oil. if you mean you cut the center cection out of the front and roatated the tubes to raise the front without moving the alingment good stuff just keep it under 10 deg .

your tires look really thin in comparison to the height of them, i was going to ask if there is a purpose or reason for that.

Why didn't you just go with a 1 ton axle swap?
Your using a 3" body lift, What are you using for a suspension lift?

did you get dinged for the tires ticking out or were you just tired of the jeep always being extra dirty haha i like the build, theres alot of people just dumping on your shit but i like it. its an optimum setup for a tj give er take a few mods, minus the bodylift that is but who cares. looks good!

personally, i likes the skinnyer boggers better, it gives it just a uniqe badass look.

    cheers
    love my 2.5
