Haven't had much time to work on the long arms lately...did manage to get some other jobs done though.

Bored out the throttle body on the 4L today...seems to have helped a bit, definately some more response from the engine. I have to fix some minor blowby, then i'll probably add a throttle body spacer and bigger exhaust when they go to bend it around the rear 4 link.

Also got around to drilling and tapping the YJ steering box that I'll be swapping into the ZJ. The ZJ box is leaking pretty good and I have the YJ box left over from parting out my other project.

    Coles notes before pics:
    - Higher hole in the box is 7/16", tapped to 1/4NPT. It is just under an inch deep and is high pressure when the truck is turning left. You drill the hole directly in line with the casting of the box.
    - Lower hole in the box 7/16, tapped to 1/4NPT. It is just under half an inch deep and is high pressure when the truck turns right. You drill the hole directly in line with the Pressure line you can see in the third pic (side view).

    And now to the pics:

View from the top before i ran the magnet in to get rid of the last shavings.

    Tapped

Side view showing high pressure line for the high pressure right line.

Do you mean to the Original Post? I plan on updating it once I make some progress on the build. Didn't want to use all the pic space for the deliveries (they will get mention though).
