    Project Bone Collector

Not your typical Jeep build, but it did involve 6" of lift

Purchased this cart off of this forum, and had a couple requests to see pictures upon completion. Figured it may interest a few others as well, so here it is............My two day build up.....

Started life as a 2000 EZ-GO as purchased from Reverage.....
(Props to Brad....Excellent guy to deal with!)

Started with the 6" Red Hawk Lift, and 22X11X12 wheels..

    Front

    Rear

Decided to save a few bucks, and just spray the seat. We will see how it holds up, and replace if necessary....

Decided to start removing the old pin striping while between coats of paint on the seat...

Pin striping removed, and body clean. Decided to paint the roof, and apply several coats while doing the decals...

Here are pics. of my decals mostly installed, and seat installed. Seat looks excellent! Now to play the waiting game to check the durability of the vinyl paint...

Roof painted and re-installed as well as a few extra odd's n' end's.....

Hahaha....I'm sure the wheelies will happenwhen those 4 beer holders are full.... (Note the 8-Ball Speed Steering.... Mounted to keep my beer hand free)

It's primary use will be at our seasonal trailer. But have already been harrased to bring it to a couple golf tourney's, and other events. I'm sure I'll trailer it on a few occasions. As for the coarse.... Reverage...Are there any generic rules pertaining to golf cart size or structure? ie> wheel size, tread pattern....Besides..."Keep the F@#* Off The Greens !!"

    Thanks for the comments guys!

Fiddleguy.....Not sure I'll find any time to make it to a track this year

Going to install some head lights tomorrow.....Was also debating on installing a couple red LED's in the skulls eye sockets on the hood

    Any idea's?

Definately a stereo will be installed

not sure I would do the LED's in the eye's. thats a pretty cool paint job, and to just pop in some LED's would kinda take away from the work you did, I think.
if you could get some large/wide kinda dull looking lamps that 'glowed' more than they were 'bright' would look ok, but just some tiny LED's would look kinda cheesy... IMO.
how bout some really bright LED's behind the eye's that sat flush with the plastic molding. when you flipped them on the plastic would kinda glow a bit and give a cool looking effect at night. not that would look kick ass.

other than that, STROKE it for more HP!!
    insert something witty here

but your going to get wicked axle wrap with those rear lift blocks.
might want to invest in some quality lift springs

Reverage...Sounds like a plan! Keep me posted

Mud bros.....I don't think axle wrap will be an issue, as the axle is also secured in the center. Making for 6 U-bolts, as well as the blocks apllying pressure as well. I have marked the axle, and will monitor it though. Worst case scenerio...I reposition the axle, and lay a few stitch welds down.
