    Custom Front and Rear Bumper.

Well, I have been a bit busy this past couple fabbing some stuff and I figured I would show some of the bumpers I have been making. So far so good. I have made a few for TJ's and YJ's and the fit very well.

let me know what you think. These are the rear for a TJ or YJ.

I used two bronze bushing and two bronze thrust bushing. They are preloaded as well as there is a delrin bumper to capture the carrier which takes the shaking away.

hope that helps you in your build.

I will get some pics of it. I made another set for my Sisters jeep that I haven't built yet so I can snap some photos of that.

Got a chance to check one out today, I feel sorry for anything that hits it. Gotta be one of the beefiest bumpers I've ever seen and everything moved smoothly. Very nice work.

Very nice....is that a receiver in the front bumper as well? I love the idea of a centered recovery point at the front to even out the load.

I put a reciever in my front as well. Not so much for a recovery point, but it sure makes parkin trailers into tight spots a breeze

I here you. I grabbed my boat last weekend with one and as I was putting it in the water, everyone around was in awe that I was pushing my boat with the front.

Your designs and build quality look to be very good. What 3D program are you running? Willing to share some files?
