you can't go fast enough to need brake with the doubler.

and for going down a climb... well I did the back side of greens in 3rd gear doubled and had to use the gas at times... no brakes.

Sounds Awesome. Can't wait for mine to go in. Problem is my axles won't hold the torque!!!

So I have rebuilt my doubler... Looks all perty now.

One thing I have noticed with the doubler is it tends to take out my double cardan joints (CV)... I trashed the front and rear cardan joints within three trips. So I am gunna try new ones and see how long they last.

The next step is a roof chop and full roll cage.

So to bring an old post to life.

We at Staang's FAB now carry this 231/300 doubler set-up in stock!!! We can even supply the twin stick set-up for the 300.
Supply us a 231 core (only the low range needs to work.... so worn chains are good still) and we can supply you with everything you need already done. Just bolt the D300 to it.
