well it seems like a lot but the axle calls for 5.5 pints.
    or 3liters aprox.

i wouldnt want to go less than 2 or 2.5 l without a diff cooler on the hyway.

    Well the time has come....

I'm ready to install this. Tomorrow the 27th of Feb.

Picked up the U-bolts today.... Spun up a bung for the fill plug.

Made perches yesterday with two holes.... I think I will have to room to move the axle back an inch....

but made provision for the stock location as well...

    I'm stoked

^ with the shaved 8.8 I am expecting to have more clearance at the pumpkin than I have with the D35.

I will continue to run 35" tires as well, as it is my DD...

The holes are necessary to inspect the ring and pinion when I want to... especially on the trail.

So the 8.8 is in. the drive shaft is done... and i have an issue....

Does anyone know what the bolt size is for the flange. I found M10 x 1.75 online.... But I think that will be incorrect.

any one know what it is?
