    YJ seat swap

well tonight, I swaped out my old beat to hell YJ front seats for a new to you set... not sure if any body ever tried it but I sucessfully swaped in a set of seats from a 97 sunfire 2 door... to amazement it's a direct swap !!! the hardest thing was to remove the rusted in torks bolts from the seats!!
it took me two hours to do the swap & to clean up my mess.
The devil made me do it!!

If it ain't broke you're not trying hard enough!!

Um, ya, Pics. I don't have a YJ, but seems too good to be true.

You know how easy it is to get sunflower seats due to the mass of them being in the wreckers!!!!

Mustang seats need just 2 holes drilled as I recall. Sunfire seats bolt in - I remember that from my YJ (had broken, was trying to find clean replacements).

sorry I didn't respond sooner, ya seats out of a 2 door bolt right onto the risers no problems, you just need to remember to get the bolts with the new seats cuz they are longer and a half inch spacer is needed or you have that GANGSTER lean.
    will post pics hopefully tomorrow
