I know my JK stuff probably one of the best guys on here and I know CTD knows his stuff and theres a few TJ experts and YJ and so on break it up by model so the guys who know that stuff the most can answer it without sifting through all the stuff they don't want to comment on...

would be good when making a thread to list
    year make model
    mods if any
bit of history of problems and work incase it related
    attempts to fix it yourself

If someone doesn't spend 1 second to make sure they're posting in the right section, 2 seconds to spell check, and 3 seconds to ask their question in a comprehensible manner, then having more sections won't make a licking difference.

It turns off someone with the knowledge to answer the question, it frustrates the person who asked the question, it clogs up the board, and it doesn't help the group out one iota.

    Yup. See the first post.

I'm not sure how you can improve this any further, or if it's even possible, but ah well, it's a gorgeous day out and I'm on vaccation. Time to hit the garage for some RnR

Look at the top of your screen. Where it says "forum " click on that. From there you will see a list of different topics. Click on the one that best suits your needs. Just above the title. There is "post new thread" click on that and post away.

If you are new and don't feel like getting flamed ( which rarely happens here anyway) post in the newbie section. There are no stupid questions there.

    Hope this helps
